Hieu has over 5 years working in higher education with diverse teams of student affairs management. Experienced in talent development, program coordination, instructional design, strategic planning, and interpersonal communications. Currently working at RMIT Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations as the International Mentoring Consultant, his role is to support a community of more than 500 students to find a career mentor in the industry they are interested to venture into.
