Bio:

I’m proud to stand up as an example of how coaching can transform lives. Having spent 25 years in marketing and commercial strategy roles for several blue-chip organisations leading large teams, brands and projects, I chose to undertake advanced study to become a Post Graduate qualified Executive Coach and I have now successfully built a second career as an Executive Coach

I specialise in 1:1 Executive Coaching spanning a number of industries including retail, technology, energy, pharma/healthcare and marketing communications through to education and the 3rd sector. I use the experience I gained working in leadership positions across large organisations such as Boots and McCann Health to provide appropriate stretch and challenge for my clients. In addition to my 1:1 coaching I am also a lead tutor on the MRA EMCC Level 5 Coaching with Confidence coach skills programme. I hold ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status, MBTI and EQi-2.0/360 qualified practitioner status and I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

DEI - we will make a difference! We can't not! DEI in our profession is under-represented and we know it. It's for the privileged in society who can afford the time and investment to become qualified Professional Coaches. At MRA we are committed to making a change. As a result of commitments to this critical subject we are running cohorts for the Level 5 Practitioner Programme for FREE for those less represented but aspiring coaches who just need a little support to get them onto the ladder and into our profession. We would love to share our story with you and to get your thoughts on how to maximise their experience
