He is a frequent speaker on startup culture, disruptive innovation for corporate organization and sales strategy for growth. As the founder of Corporate Disruptors Forum, Ivan engages startups, corporates and academia in corporate innovation through the collaborative effort of open innovation.
Ivan is passionate about social justice, having initiated various global social responsibility programs with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and is an official mentor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the past 10 years.
