Harmony? – Is the Pandemic creating more divisions within organisations and employees? How is this affecting your coaching, mentoring, and/or supervision conversations?
Kerstin and Carol will share the result of their survey of over 180 practitioners across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond on the continuing ripple effect of the Pandemic on their clients and on themselves.
Issues concerning workloads and work-life balance were already identified early on during the pandemic. Collaboration and innovation, inclusion, mental health, and wellbeing, are starting to be mentioned as possible additional problems. No doubt, other issues that we cannot yet imagine will arise.
What is clear is that we are entering a time of experimentation. The traditional role of the manager will need to adapt, younger generations will be looking for different psychological contracts, engagement and feedback are going to be crucial to assess what works and what doesn’t, both from the viewpoint of organisations and individuals.
Kerstin and Carol will share ideas and possible models /tools. The session will be interactive and there will be opportunities for you to be involved and discuss what is next for the coaching / mentoring profession.
