Drs Sari van Poelje is an international expert on team coaching. She works with multinationals, family businesses and startups to help them create agile structures, innovative cultures and inspiring leadership teams.
She has been the managing director of INTACT academy for 30 years. We offer executive coaching, management consultancy and training programs for coaches, consultants and leaders in 14 different countries.
Sari has been a executive and team coach for such diverse companies as IFF, BMW, Claas, Carmeuse, ING, Prezi and GE. She has also fulfilled senior director roles in various international corporations such as KLM, EMI music, ASML and Shell.

The ability to create a coherent team out of a group of individuals is one of the core competencies of managers, coaches and consultants today.

Within a team there are always three levels working simultaneously. The structural level includes the boundaries, roles, processes in the team. The relational level encompasses the group dynamics, persona's and influence structure. The psychodynamic level is the often unconscious influence of culture and values, and the narrative of the team.

As a team coach we need to understand the influence of these levels and their interrelationship, to be able to define the strength of a team, but also where they might be stuck. We will present the three levels of team coaching, using lots of live examples, and offer tools to better understand what interventions are needed to create a high performance team.
